Should you see this movie? No. No you should not.
Do you like special effects? Well, there are a few decent special effects in Skyline. Nothing you haven't seen before, mind you, but still decent.
Unfortunately everything else about this movie is absolutely terrible. One of the worst movies I've EVER seen. It's amazing how bad it is really. I actually had to stifle a laugh during a few of the more intense parts (you can tell it's intense because it's in super slow motion). One time, a laugh escaped and I felt people were looking at me disapprovingly. These are the same people who laughed uncontrollably during the "Little Fockers" trailer though, so take that for what it's worth.
Actual quote from the movie: "What will we do when the rest of the blinds fall down? We're running out of bed sheets."
On an awfulness scale of 0-10 (representing how many Michael Bay/Uwe Boll movies I'd rather watch in a row) this movie gets an 8. In fact, I may be adding the Strause brothers to that list for future reference.
Verdict: Flush it.
